If ads aren’t showing on any devices, verify your integration using the integration checklist.

app-ads.txt Setup

If your integration is correct but ads still don’t display, verify your app-ads.txt configuration. What is app-ads.txt? A file that proves app ownership to advertisers and prevents fraud. Ads may not serve without proper configuration. Setup: Follow the app-ads.txt setup guide. Propagation Time: Wait at least 4 hours after setup before testing, as changes take time to propagate.

Advertising Identifier Reset

If ads aren’t displaying only on specific devices, this is a different issue. DARO programmatically receives ads based on advertising identifiers. If a device is recognized as having abnormal ad activity during testing, it may not receive ads. In this case, you can reset the advertising identifier and test again to see if ads display normally. Refer to the methods below to reset advertising identifiers by OS:

Android

Settings > Google > All Services > Ads > Reset advertising ID

iOS

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Toggle “Allow Apps to Request to Track” off and on If the issue persists after these checks, please share your current situation via email to [email protected] including the information below, and we’ll respond according to your situation.
